Materials used

All Hey Love Jewelry pieces are entirely handmade using polymer clay with 14k gold filled and 14k gold plated earring posts, backings, jump rings, chains and wires. Other materials that might be used on some pieces are fresh water pearls and vintage beads from the 1950s.

Care

Store your earrings in a cool and dry place. Use of oils, creams, perfumes may impact the longevity of the item. Please avoid getting these wet, such wearing it in the shower or swimming. Polymer clay is a strong material once baked, however please avoid bending or dropping them as this could cause some damage.

To clean your earrings, gently wipe the area with a damp cloth. If makeup stains get on your earrings, you can use a small amount of nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to clean it off. Treat these earrings gently like you would any other piece of jewelry.

Shipping

All ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. All made to order items will be processed and shipped within 10-15 business days.You are able to select your preferred shipping method at check out. If your purchase item is time sensitive, please email me at hlovestudio@gmail.com so that I can confirm if I can meet your needs. Once your package has been shipped, keep in mind that it may take up to 5-8 business days to be delivered.

Returns

I accept return that are submitted only within a 48hr period after product has been delivered. Please contact me within that time frame to process your return, once that time framed has closed, I will not be able to issue a refund. Please make sure to send items back within 48hrs after return has been issued or refund will be cancelled.

Items must be in its original condition and not damaged, otherwise it can't be returned. Custom pieces cannot be returned.
